Question: (And, this is one of the pivotal questions) - I've received a free $1,000 Grocery Certificate. Does this mean that, if I simply wave a magic wand, one thousand dollars worth of my choice of grocery coupons will just rain down from the sky and land at my feet, and I don't have to do anything?

Answer:
Sorry, but absolutely not. This would not happen anymore than if a Toyota dealer sent you a Free Certificate for a 2009 Camry which you could pick up 'anytime'. For one thing, you would, first of all, have to go to the dealer and present your Certificate. You would then, upon verifying that you were the intended recipient of this Certificate, have to pick out the color and type of Camry you would want, including specifying what accessories you would like, what type and size engine, what color the interior should be, what brand of tires, what color and style of rims, etc. Very likely, you would also have to arrange to insure the vehicle at your own expense.

Only after this inconvenient but necessary process, which would take a few days, but probably longer if the car you want is not in stock, could
you drive off in your new car.

The same is true with these Grocery Certificates. There is a process involved; your coupons do not just materialize out of the blue just because you have, luckily, received one of these Certificates. In order to take advantage of the tremendous value they offer to the average American family, you have to be capable of a reasonable amount of patience. Otherwise, simply put, you will not reap any of their benefits; you may just as well toss them in the air.

Question: (Here's another beauty we get regularly which is putting gray hairs where I no longer have any hair) - This all sounds great, but are there any out-of-pocket costs involved, or do I get everything for free like the big corporations and banks who are turning to the Fed government to bail them out because they screwed up everything for 90% of the world?

Answer:
Unfortunately, if a free rice is what you're looking for with this Program, you're out of luck, and I suggest you contact the Salvation Army at your earliest convenience. This entire program is based on what is now a delicate model known as a business. Even though what I'm about to say about this, currently hard pressed, model is obvious, please allow me to go ahead and spit it out.

Businesses, from the most powerful, meaningl the ones mentioned above that are falling over the wayside in record numbers, to the small shop on Main Street selling shoe laces and tattoos for the sons and daughters of Mechanical Engineers, are, strangely enough, looking to make a profit.

So, yes, somebody has put this business model together with the, shudder, shudder, objective of making a profit. This profit they make comes in the form of the minimal fees they charge those of you who are wise enough to see the benefit and value this Program puts at your fingertips.

And frankly, the fees charged are so ridiculously low that even penny pinchers, of whatever religious persuasion or sexual orientation they be, as long as they are open-minded, will give a shout out to the world about how great this all is. If having to pay very little to get quite a lot bothers you, then see 'ya, pal, we cannot help you, period.

Question: Exactly how much will I have to pay in order to redeem my Free Certificate and receive my Coupon Book?

Answer:
The redemption fee is $10. Paying it entitles you to receive a Coupon Book  with a unique Account Number which you will use in order to begin the process of selecting, and receiving your chosen coupons.

Question: Approximately how long does it take for me to receive my Coupon Book once I have remitted the $10 fee?

Answer:
This is the slowerst part of the process, and we have no control over this; in our experience, it takes 7 -10 business days before you receive the Coupon Book.

Question: Once I submit my choices for coupons, according to the instructions found in the Coupon Book, how long does it take before I receive
them?

Answer:
In our experience, this was the most pleasant surprise in the process. The Fulfillment Company handling this end will have your coupons delivered in 3 - 4 working days!

Question: Which method of coupon selection, by mail or online, is best, and why?

Answer:
We've tried them both, and in our experience, selecting your coup0ns at the company's website is, by far, the best choice. For starters, your order is processed in real time; thus, you expedite the delivery of your coupons even more.

Second, unlike the traditional snail mail method, which prevents you form ordering more than $10 worth of coupons per order, you can order as many coupons as you like online (up to the $1,000 limit, of course).

The one drawback we found to ordering online was that, the available inventory of coupons is less than what is found if you order by mail.

Question: Why am I asked to fill in 48 choices of coupons when I fill out my request form to send in by mail?

Answer:
This is so, in the event your first choices of coupons are not available, then they will skip to your next choice, and your next choice, and so on, until your $10 worth of coupons have accumulated (for mail orders only, of course). As stated above, if you order online, you will not run into this problem, because you will get confirmation in real time of all your choices.

Question: If ordering by mail there is a $2 handling fee which I must enclose with each order. Do I just lose this fee?

Answer:
Not at all. This fee is reimbursed in the form of extra coupons. Our experience has shown that you receive a little more than the $2.

Question: If ordering online there is a handling fee of 10% of the total order. Do I just lose this fee?

Answer:
Not at all. You will receive at least that amount back, and usually a little more, in the form of extra coupons with your order.

Question: With online orders, there is also a $0.75 shipping/handling fee. Will this fee go up if I order in excess of a certain amount of coupons?

Answer:
No, it will not. The $0.75 shipping/handling fee is all you'll pay regardless of the amount of your individual order. You'll pay the same fee whether you order $15 worth of coupons, or $700 worth at any one time (depending, of course, on how much credit your account has available at the time you place your order).
